If you're not 100% happy with your PIKORE you can return it for FREE for up to 30 days after receipt.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- You must notify us within 30 days of receiving your product.
- We cannot accept returns on personalized items.
- Orders that include free or promotional items are not covered by our free returns policy.

Every PIKORE is covered by a one year warranty and instant replacement guarantee. How To Make A Warranty Claim:
- Send us an email with your order number and photos detailing the fault
- We'll send you an instant replacement within one business day. Easy!
What's Covered:
- Tears to the external leather structure, straps, grab handles or internal lining
- Hardware - zips, pullers, buckles or press studs
What's Not Covered:
- General wear, overloading or accidental damage (including water damage - PIKORE's can get wet but don't drop them in the bath!)
- Natural ageing process of the leather or material, such as patination, scratches and burnishing

1. Laser Engraving: burnt-in leather of text or image, logo, or a heartfelt message. After your order send your image or logo to sales@pikore.shop, and let us handle the rest.
2. Stamping: debossed into leather by heated metal letter stamps. Best for initials, short word.
3. Colored stamping: Same as stamping, but with application of silver or gold colored foil. Best for initials, short word.

Each product is handmade and customized to a particular order. We do not work with stock or create excess inventory, and therefore, do not harm the environment by disposing of outdated goods. They simply do not exist in our practice.
