Yes, we offer free express shipping for the USA, with delivery taking approximately 3–5 business days after production. For other countries, we also provide free shipping options with estimated delivery times as follows:

  • Australia: 3–4 weeks
  • Rest of the world: 3–5 weeks

Every shipment includes a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

We ship all orders from Ukraine. International shipping is available, and we provide tracking once your item is on its way.

At the moment, we don’t offer a local pickup option.

If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, here’s what we recommend:

2. Look around your property (mailbox, porch, neighbors) in case it was left in a safe spot.

Leather Care Guide

  • Use a soft, dry cloth to gently wipe away dust and dirt from the surface of the leather.
  • For deeper cleaning, dampen a soft cloth with water and mild soap. Wipe the leather gently, then use a clean, damp cloth to remove any soap residue. Allow the leather to air dry naturally.
  • Crazy Horse leather is not fully waterproof, so it's important to avoid exposing it to excessive moisture. If the leather gets wet occasionally, gently pat it dry with a soft cloth and allow it to air dry away from direct heat sources so that the leather does not become deformed. You can also stuff an item with paper so that the moisture is absorbed faster and the shape keeps its form.
  • Conditioning helps to keep Crazy Horse leather supple and prevents it from drying out and cracking.
  • Use a leather conditioner specifically designed for Crazy Horse leather. Apply a small amount of conditioner to a soft cloth and rub it into the leather in a circular motion. Allow the conditioner to be absorbed, then buff the leather with a clean, dry cloth.
  • Avoid using rough sponges and brushes or harsh chemicals, alcohol-based cleaners, or solvents on Crazy Horse leather, as they can damage the natural oils and finish of the leather. There are special products for removing stains and dirt from leather products.
  • When not in use, store Crazy Horse leather items in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
  • Use a dust bag or cloth cover to protect the leather from dust and scratches.
  • If stored in a crumpled state for a long time, an item may lose its shape and wrinkle. To restore the shape, straighten an item and fill it with crumpled paper.
  • Handle Crazy Horse leather items with clean hands to avoid transferring oils and dirt onto the leather.
  • Avoid sharp objects or rough surfaces that can scratch or damage the leather.
  • Minor scratches and marks are a natural part of the aging process of Crazy Horse leather and can add to its character.
  • Lightly rub the scratched area with your fingers or a soft cloth to blend the scratch into the leather's patina.
  • For stubborn stains or extensive damage, consider seeking professional leather cleaning and restoration services.
  • Professional leather cleaners can assess the condition of the leather and recommend appropriate treatments to restore its appearance and integrity.
