We ship all orders using Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta, depending on your location and chosen delivery method.

Yes, we offer free express shipping for the USA, with delivery taking approximately 3–5 business days after production. For other countries, we also provide free shipping options with estimated delivery times as follows:

  • Canada / Europe: 7–14 business days
  • Australia: 3–4 weeks
  • Rest of the world: 3–5 weeks

Every shipment includes a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

We typically process orders within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, delivery times are as follows:

  • USA (express): 3–5 business days
  • Canada / Europe: 7–14 business days
  • Australia: 3–4 weeks
  • Rest of the world: 2–5 weeks (depends on your location)

We ship all orders from Ukraine. International shipping is available, and we provide tracking once your item is on its way.

At the moment, we don’t offer a local pickup option.

If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, here’s what we recommend:

1. Double-check your delivery address in the confirmation email.

2. Look around your property (mailbox, porch, neighbors) in case it was left in a safe spot.

3. Contact your local postal carrier or delivery service—they may have more details on the drop-off.
