However, if you try to use:

• a site-wide promo code and

• a Rewards coupon code

Only one discount code can be applied at checkout.

Birthday points are added only if your birthday was saved at least 30 days in advance.

If you enter your birthday less than 30 days before the date, the points will be added next year instead.

This helps keep the rewards fair for everyone.

👉 Once your birthday is saved in your account, you’ll automatically receive birthday points every year.

Yes. Your Rewards points expire after 12 months of inactivity.

As long as you place an order on the Pikore website or complete any reward activity (like following us or leaving a review), your points stay active for another 12 months.

Yes! You can earn Rewards points in many ways, not just by shopping.

For example, you can earn points by:

• Signing up for an account

• Celebrating your birthday

• Following Pikore on social media

• Subscribing to emails

• Leaving a product review

• Referring a friend

All available ways to earn points are listed on the Rewards page.

Points used for a discount work like a one-time coupon.

Once points are redeemed and used on an order, they cannot be returned to your account — even if you return part or all of the order.
