What's Covered:
- Tears to the external leather structure, straps, grab handles or internal lining
- Hardware - zips, pullers, buckles or press studs
What's Not Covered:
- General wear, overloading or accidental damage (including water damage - PIKORE's can get wet but don't drop them in the bath!)
- Natural ageing process of the leather or material, such as patination, scratches and burnishing

1. Laser Engraving: burnt-in leather of text or image, logo, or a heartfelt message. After your order send your image or logo to sales@pikore.shop, and let us handle the rest.
2. Stamping: debossed into leather by heated metal letter stamps. Best for initials, short word.
3. Colored stamping: Same as stamping, but with application of silver or gold colored foil. Best for initials, short word.

The first ipad-case I got was very nice, but I ordered the one with pencil holder and got the one without. After a short conversation with the shop-owner, she immediately offered me to redo it and send the correct model without any extra costs!!! It arrived today and I love it! Better than I expected! The leather is a very nice material and my iPad fits nice and snug. The apple pencil pocket is also a great alternative to overcharging it on the iPad. Premium product for a fair price. Thanks so much for this!
