I'm so happy with the way the pouch turned out! I messaged the seller before ordering to make sure the custom logo could be done. They were quick to respond and confirm it could be done. Initially I received a pouch with no design and messaged the seller immediately but they resolved the issue asap and sent a new one with the design. So happy I could get the new one in time before Christmas.
Quality is nice, but it was shipped folded it it created an ugly crease that I can't get off
No update regarding my order placed on April 20th and no response to any of my emails… it’s been three weeks. I am concerned that I have been scammed at this point. All I want is an update or my $70 back.
