Item arrived on time and was beautiful
Very high quality product. Just what I needed.

The leather finish is like nubuck or rough suede and very sensitive to almost any touch and leaves lots of scratch marks and gouges. Not very durable and starting to look beat up after only a month of use. Perhaps you can recommend a brush/wax that can restore the finish? Also, the pouch is not expandable at all to fit just a bit more contents as happens during regular use, like a second mobile phone or a small wallet. Thats not practical.
Store owner replied: Thanks for your feedback. Crazy Horse leather is naturally sensitive and gets marks easily — it’s part of its aged, vintage look. You can rub small scratches with your fingers or use a neutral leather balm to restore the finish.
