- Hardware - zips, pullers, buckles or press studs
What's Not Covered:
- General wear, overloading or accidental damage (including water damage - PIKORE's can get wet but don't drop them in the bath!)
- Natural ageing process of the leather or material, such as patination, scratches and burnishing

1. Laser Engraving: burnt-in leather of text or image, logo, or a heartfelt message. After your order send your image or logo to sales@pikore.shop, and let us handle the rest.
2. Stamping: debossed into leather by heated metal letter stamps. Best for initials, short word.
3. Colored stamping: Same as stamping, but with application of silver or gold colored foil. Best for initials, short word.

The leather is so soft. I like it so much, I think I will get one for my sister as a Christmas present. This is a picture of the inside. The computer is a Dell Latitude 3560, so it is 15.6”. I got the XL in light brown and light brown. I kind of wish I did light brown and dark brown for the straps, but it is still really beautiful. If I could upload to pictures I'd show the color, but I think seeing the inside is helpful for someone wondering how things will fit. I have the laptop, a 1 inch binder (full), a file filled with not quite 200 pages in it, a phone charger, a computer charger, dental floss, some gift cards, my badge on a lanyard, and lip balm all in the bag- earlier my phone, wallet, and keys were also in it.
seller was prompt in communication and helpful from the very start. i had questions about leather colours and shipping, and they were willing to go the extra mile to answer me. i decided on cognac for the bag, and brown for the accents. the quality is better than i expected! the leather is sturdy, but feels nice to touch. the interior of the bag is lined and also has a laptop compartment with some padding. i can tell the bag will wear very well and last a long time. many people here have mentioned shipping times, which also worried me at first because i am situated at the other side of the world (oceania) - but it arrived in two weeks after dispatch, packaged in a large shipping box. overall, the experience is very pleasant. i would not hesitate to shop here again. ❤️

Well-made and quality bag, and the initials I ordered were exactly how I pictured it would be. However, I was stuck between ordering a Large or XL, and ultimately went with the XL based on the measurements. The bag is bigger than what the size list shows, so I think I ultimately would have preferred the Large because I thought the XL would be smaller, but it's not a big deal.
I was nervous about ordering this satchel on line but was very pleased with the whole process. It was a special gift for my daughter and was exactly what she had hoped for. Thanks you.
