What's Not Covered:
- General wear, overloading or accidental damage (including water damage - PIKORE's can get wet but don't drop them in the bath!)
- Natural ageing process of the leather or material, such as patination, scratches and burnishing

1. Laser Engraving: burnt-in leather of text or image, logo, or a heartfelt message. After your order send your image or logo to sales@pikore.shop, and let us handle the rest.

The backpack is just wonderful exactly as in the photos. Delivery took long but it was not the shops fault and all my inquiries were answered promptly and politely!
The leather quality on this backpack and the stitching are great. The only thing that keeps it from being a 5 star backpack is the fasteners and the buckles. Theyre just not high quality, theyre ok. The fasteners dont really snap securely, the buckles look and feel flimsy. Change those please.

Very nice backpack, practical and comfortable
It’s been one week and the regular bits of leather that wear from the straps are lessening. The size is just what I had hoped for and I love the sophistication of the materials, and not having any zippers.
I bought this backpack as a Christmas gift for my niece who is a recent college grad and just started her first job in New York City. The quality of the leather is as expected and the green/black color combination looks even better than the picture. She has used it for a week and loves it. It fits all her belongings, even her laptop and is perfect for her hour commute into NYC. On top of that, she says it is really "cute." My only complaint is the time for delivery. But with the issues with the supply chain, etc., it was to be expected. We are very happy with our purchase.
