What's Not Covered:
- General wear, overloading or accidental damage (including water damage - PIKORE's can get wet but don't drop them in the bath!)
- Natural ageing process of the leather or material, such as patination, scratches and burnishing

I got the bag as a present for my boyfriend's birthday who is a professional bartender and he loves it! The bag looks so classy and top quality. it is very convenient. The custom made design it turned out great and the communication was perfect. Only thing he would add is a pocket for a large shaker and more containers for smaller tools.
